If you have successfully made a purchase but haven’t received your items in the game, don’t worry! This issue can usually be resolved by following a few simple steps.
Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection
A weak or unstable internet connection may cause a delay in item delivery. Ensure you have:
A stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
Switched airplane mode ON and OFF to refresh connectivity.
Restarted your device and reopened the game.
Step 2: Verify Your Purchase Status
Make sure the payment was successfully processed.
For Android (Google Play Store):
Open Google Play Store → Tap on your Profile Icon (top-right).
Go to Payments & Subscriptions → Budget & Order History.
Locate the purchase and check if the status is Completed.
For iOS (App Store):
Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad.
Tap Apple ID (your name at the top) → Media & Purchases → View Account.
Select Purchase History and check the transaction status.
If the status is Pending, wait for the payment to be processed. If it is declined, the transaction didn’t go through.
Step 3: Restart the Game & Restore Purchases

Force Closing the Game
Android: Go to Settings → Apps → Select the game → Tap Force Stop.
