Purchase Successful, but Items Not Received? Here’s What to Do

If you have successfully made a purchase but haven’t received your items in the game, don’t worry! This issue can usually be resolved by following a few simple steps.


Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection

A weak or unstable internet connection may cause a delay in item delivery. Ensure you have:
    A stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
    Switched airplane mode ON and OFF to refresh connectivity.
    Restarted your device and reopened the game.


Step 2: Verify Your Purchase Status

Make sure the payment was successfully processed.

For Android (Google Play Store):

  • Open Google Play Store → Tap on your Profile Icon (top-right).

  • Go to Payments & Subscriptions → Budget & Order History.

  • Locate the purchase and check if the status is Completed.

For iOS (App Store):

  • Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad.

  • Tap Apple ID (your name at the top) → Media & Purchases → View Account.

  • Select Purchase History and check the transaction status.

If the status is Pending, wait for the payment to be processed. If it is declined, the transaction didn’t go through.


Step 3: Restart the Game & Restore Purchases

Some purchases may take a few minutes to process. 

Try:
Force Closing the Game

  • Android: Go to Settings → Apps → Select the game → Tap Force Stop.

  • iOS: Swipe up from the bottom and close the game from the app switcher.

Reopening the Game – Sometimes, purchases load after a restart.

Using a Restore Purchases Option (If Available)

  • Go to the in-game Store or Settings → Tap Restore Purchases (mostly for iOS).


Important Notes

  • Some purchases may take up to 24 hours to be delivered.

  • If the payment was deducted but the purchase didn’t go through, the amount is typically refunded automatically within a few days (varies based on Google Play/App Store policies).

  • For purchases made via third-party stores or promotions, contact the respective store for assistance.

Following these steps should help you get your purchased items successfully!
