If you've purchased the No Ads package but are still seeing ads, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Verify Your Purchase
Make sure your No Ads purchase was successful.
Android: Open Google Play Store → Tap on your profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Purchase History.
iOS: Open App Store → Tap your profile → Purchase History.
If the purchase is missing or marked as pending, wait a few minutes or restart the game.
Step 2: Restore Purchases
Sometimes, purchases don’t sync properly.
Go to the game’s Settings → Look for a Restore Purchases button → Tap to refresh your purchases.
iOS Users: You may need to enter your Apple ID password to restore purchases.
Step 3: Restart the Game & Device
Close the game completely and remove it from recent apps.
Restart your device and try opening the game again.
Step 4: Check Your Internet Connection
The No Ads package requires a stable connection to sync.
Switch between Wi-Fi and Mobile Data to see if the issue persists.
