If you're unable to watch ads to earn rewards, free coins, or bonuses, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Step 1: Check If Ads Are Available in Your Region

Not all regions have access to watch-to-earn ads.

• Ads are provided by third-party networks and may not always be available in your location.

• If ads are not available, try again later as availability can change.

Step 2: Restart the Game & Device

A simple restart can refresh ad availability.

• Close the game completely and remove it from recent apps.

• Restart your device and try again.

Step 3: Check Your Internet Connection

Ads require a stable internet connection.

• Switch between Wi-Fi and Mobile Data to see if the issue is network-related.

• Restart your Wi-Fi router or move closer to it.

Step 4: Wait for Ad Inventory to Refresh

Ad networks have a limited number of ads at a given time.

Step 5: Clear Cache & Data (Android Only)

Note: Do not tap "Clear Data" unless necessary, as it may reset progress if your game isn’t linked to an account.
