Ad Sounds and Music – How to Control Them?

If ads in the game are too loud, playing sound unexpectedly, or disrupting your gameplay, here’s how you can manage them.

Step 1: Mute Ads Using the In-Ad Controls

Some ads have a mute button within the ad itself.
Look for a speaker or volume icon in the corner of the ad and tap it to mute.

Step 2: Adjust Game & Device Volume

If the game’s sound is muted, but ads still play sound:

• Lower the volume using your device volume buttons before watching an ad.

• Mute the game’s sound effects and music from the in-game settings if available.

Step 3: Enable Silent or Do Not Disturb Mode

For a temporary fix, use your phone’s silent features:

• Android & iOS: Put your phone on Silent Mode before watching ads.

• iOS: Use Do Not Disturb Mode (Control Center → Focus → Do Not Disturb).
