If your game is not opening, stuck on the loading screen, or crashing on launch, follow these troubleshooting steps to fix the issue and get back to playing!
Step 1: Restart Your Device
Sometimes, a simple restart can fix temporary glitches.
Close the game completely and remove it from recent apps.
Restart your device and try opening the game again.
Step 2: Check for Game Updates
An outdated version of the game can prevent it from launching.
Update the game:
Android: Open Google Play Store → Search for the game → Tap Update.
iOS: Open App Store → Search for the game → Tap Update.
Step 3: Check for Device Software Updates
Older device software may cause compatibility issues.
Update your device software:
Android: Settings → Software Update
iOS: Settings → General → Software Update
Step 4: Free Up Storage Space
