Game Not Opening? Here’s What to Do

If your game is not opening, stuck on the loading screen, or crashing on launch, follow these troubleshooting steps to fix the issue and get back to playing!

Step 1: Restart Your Device

Sometimes, a simple restart can fix temporary glitches.
Close the game completely and remove it from recent apps.
Restart your device and try opening the game again.

Step 2: Check for Game Updates

An outdated version of the game can prevent it from launching.
Update the game:

• Android: Open Google Play Store → Search for the game → Tap Update.

• iOS: Open App Store → Search for the game → Tap Update.
  
  

Step 3: Check for Device Software Updates

Older device software may cause compatibility issues.
Update your device software:

• Android: Settings → Software Update

Step 4: Free Up Storage Space

Low storage can prevent apps from launching.
Check available storage:

Restart your Wi-Fi router or move closer to it.

Step 7: Disable Battery Saver Mode

Battery Saver Mode can limit game performance and prevent the game from opening.
Android: Settings → Battery → Turn OFF Battery Saver Mode
iOS: Settings → Battery → Turn OFF Low Power Mode

Step 8: Reinstall the Game

If the game still won’t open, try reinstalling it.
Uninstall the game from your device.
Restart your phone.
Reinstall the game from the Google Play Store or App Store.
