If you were playing as a guest and lost your progress, don’t worry! While guest accounts are temporary and not linked to cloud storage, we may be able to help recover your puzzle progress. Follow the steps below to restore your data.
Step 1: Provide Your Previous User ID (If Available)
If you remember your previous User ID, our support team can help restore your progress.
How to Find Your User ID (If You Still Have Access to the Game)?
Open the game.
Go to Settings or Profile.
Look for your User ID (it’s usually displayed at the bottom).
Share this ID with our support team.
Step 2: If You Don’t Have Your User ID
If you can’t access your previous User ID, we can try restoring your last completed puzzle progress.
Contact our support team and provide:
Game Name
Last completed puzzle number or level
Note: Only puzzle data can be restored—other game progress (such as coins, power-ups, and streaks) cannot be retrieved.
Step 3: Avoid Losing Progress in the Future
To prevent progress loss, we strongly recommend linking your game to a secure account:
Connect Your Game to Facebook or Apple
On Android & iOS:
Open the game and go to Settings.
Tap Connect to Facebook or Sign in with Apple.
Follow the on-screen instructions to link your account.
